Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS, ensuring quick and precise processing Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, maintaining quality and presentation Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation tasks Manage cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash or card payments accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations at all times Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred; food handling or culinary experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cashiering or retail sales transaction experience is beneficial Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation standards diligently Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing change accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Prior experience in food industry roles such as serving or café work is advantageous Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where every guest feels valued!
