Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the available food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and clean dining area after guests leave
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in the food industry preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, kitchen staff, and other members
• Basic math skills for accurately handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
• 18 years or over
