The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. over 18 years Responsibilities Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and address any issues that may arise. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve any issues effectively. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to restaurant operations.
