Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of service. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Sanitate tables and dining areas between guests to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines throughout service. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions. Skills Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
