Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, RPower, ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling all sales transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a bonus for understanding food preparation processes.
