Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, assisting with reservations and general questions Maintain organized restaurant table management systems to ensure smooth flow of service Support food service staff by communicating guest needs and special requests clearly Uphold food safety standards and ensure a clean, welcoming dining environment at all times Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally Basic math skills for managing reservations, bills, and table counts Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience in hotel or guest services roles is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating guest connections, and thrive in energetic team settings!
