KITCHEN PREP/FOOD RUNNER

to support our current team. Good attendance and an obvious desire to do a great job is necessary ! Prior experience is a plus but not required. This position is part-time. Do not apply if you're seeking full-time work. Pay is $10/hr + potential tip-outs Responsibilities will include: Cut, clean, and prepare various food items using appropriate kitchen tools and equipment Follow basic recipes and procedures Assist the Cook(s) with multiple orders in a timely manner Rotate and refill stock as needed Maintain a clean kitchen (remove trash, clean all work areas, wash dishes, etc) Run completed food orders to customers

Requirements:

Minimum 18 yrs of age Have or be able to obtain required certification - TX Food Handlers Be efficient, observant, reliable, mature, and able to accept constructive criticism Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be available to work M-F evenings and Sa/Su afternoons and evenings (shifts are generally 4-6 hrs and will be scheduled 3-5 shifts per week);

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION!

Able to pass a background check that is free of any convictions involving of theft, vandalism, assault, battery, or other violent crimes
