Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system promptly, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guests receive the best possible experience. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders. Experience Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate order taking and processing payments. A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
