Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Upsell menu items, including wine and specialty drinks, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, bar stations, and dining spaces Assist with bussing tables, resetting tables quickly for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and other sales transaction processing tools Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for order calculations and billing purposes Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your expertise in food and beverage service!
