Midland, TX Full-time Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take accurate food and drink orders Enter orders correctly into the POS system Explain menu items, specials, and make recommendations Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Check on guests throughout their dining experience Handle payments and close checks accurately Keep tables and your assigned section clean and organized Work closely with hibachi chefs, kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and bussers Help maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment Handle guest questions and concerns professionally Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties Requirements Friendly and positive attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Able to multitask and work well under pressure Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Previous restaurant or serving experience is a plus, but not required Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Osaka?
