Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating cocktail experience and beverage service skills Upsell menu items and drink specials to maximize sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery; support food handling and food safety protocols at all times Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining environments preferred; nightclub or hospitality experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient sales transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; guest relations are key to success in this role Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations; familiarity with food industry standards is advantageous Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience in food preparation, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations necessary for maintaining high standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
