Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash and credit card payments Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales performance Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation and support kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating and waitlists effectively Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge, including spirits, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and responsibilities simultaneously Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Experience with food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist guests effectively Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus but not required Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm for hospitality will shine!
