Full Job Description Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
• Provide guests with menus and offer recommendations when needed
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
