Duties Prepare and assemble hookah setups according to health and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing detailed explanations of different flavors and options to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all hookah equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests with a positive attitude. Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Follow all safety protocols related to tobacco use regulations, and hospitality standards. Requirements Prior experience in hookah service environments is highly preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Experience serving in lounges, event settings is advantageous. Knowledge of hookah preparation, hookah handling, and food safety practices within the hookah industry. Barista or hospitality experience that demonstrates attention to detail and guest engagement is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism. Familiarity with hookah considerations and the ability to accommodate guest preferences responsibly.
