Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails,specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food handling, prep support, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless order processing Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants or nightclubs with a focus on fine dining or casual dining settings Strong culinary knowledge including food preparation techniques and beverage service expertise in spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and foster positive relationships Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, processing transactions, and calculating bills or tips Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bartender is a plus but not required Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting!
