Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Touchbistro POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like OpenTable and cashiering procedures Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support overall restaurant operations during busy nights, including nightclubs or special events Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Touchbistro POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Proven ability in upselling, sales techniques, and guest engagement Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation protocols diligently Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting Experience with food handling, food safety standards, and kitchen support roles Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and nightclubs if applicable Strong time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Hospitality background or related experience in the food industry is highly desirable Join us as a Server to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
