Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including, wine and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash and credit card payments Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and serving processes Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Support opening or closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for supporting food prep or plating tasks Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
