Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part Time Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and have a solid background in food service and assisted Living operations. As a Part Time Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide detailed menu descriptions. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety. Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when necessary to ensure smooth operations. Maintain excellent guest relations through attentive service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Support the team in managing cash handling responsibilities and basic math calculations for billing purposes. Uphold sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness of work areas at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Experience with serving, bussing tables, or related hospitality roles preferred. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
