Greet every guest warmly and sincerely, and get the door for them coming and going Seat guests and let their server know a new table just sat Run hot food to tables and the bar in order, with the right sides Keep the expo area and host stand clean and organized Know the menu so you can answer questions on the spot Handle your opening, running, and closing duties Sweep and mop as needed Jump in wherever the team needs a hand
