Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently. Provide detailed menu descriptions, including wine, spirits, and cocktail options, while upselling specials and premium items to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with food safety protocols. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, support kitchen staff during busy periods, and help with bussing tables or cleaning to uphold sanitation standards. Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
