Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team in a luxury dining environment. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent math skills for processing payments and handling cash register duties. Ability to work in a nightclub environment, showcasing strong guest services skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and take drink orders with a friendly demeanor. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to all safety and health regulations. Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, to process orders and manage transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and tables, including bussing duties as needed. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
