Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by sanitizing surfaces regularly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Process payments accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous for efficient order management. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to providing excellent service.
