Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering personalized recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bartenders Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting the kitchen when needed to maintain a clean and efficient dining environment Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering systems, providing clear receipts and managing basic math calculations efficiently Promote specials, upsell menu items, and contribute to increased sales while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable; ability to learn new technology quickly Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor; ability to build rapport with diverse guests Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back!
