Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat guests with professionalism and friendliness Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic meal assembly and garnishing Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring restrooms are tidy Support beverage preparation by assisting with drink service and refilling beverages during busy hours Handle guest inquiries courteously via in-person interactions or phone etiquette, providing excellent guest relations Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting Willingness to learn new skills such as dishwashing, order taking, or catering support if needed Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
