In this role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the front-of-house, ensuring that the flow of service is flawless, accurate, and with a smile. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while supporting a smooth and efficient restaurant operation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise in a lively, guest-focused environment. Duties Support servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining space. Ensure food safety standards are upheld during handling and delivery of all dishes. Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, answering basic questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations and dining spaces, adhering to health regulations. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed under the guidance of culinary staff to support smooth kitchen operations. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk quickly between kitchen and dining areas, and lift moderate loads. Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required.
