Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities using OpenTable or other reservation tools Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special needs Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and assist with food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth restaurant operations during busy hours Requirements Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments is preferred; nightclub or host/hostess experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional guest relations Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is advantageous Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets a dynamic environment that values your skills!
