- Set up and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Greet guests, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions
- Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist with clearing tables, removing used dishes, and maintaining a tidy event space
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory of serving supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Support the team with other tasks as assigned for successful event execution
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
