Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a memorable experience Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently Serve drinks, including cocktails and spirits, with professionalism and knowledge of beverage offerings Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to uphold food safety standards Clear tables, bus tables, and reset dining areas promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, or specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing sales transactions and balancing registers at shift end Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Knowledge of openTable reservations system is a plus but not required Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is advantageous This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality career while working overnight hours.
