Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and experience with various POS systems. Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or the food industry is highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in a fast-paced environment Engage with guests to foster guest relations, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized workspace aligned with sanitation regulations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant environment, or hospitality preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting Join our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while working in a vibrant environment that values professionalism and hospitality excellence.
