Mostly tip paid with base hour rate Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with questions about food and drink options Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments through various POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; bus tables and reset for new guests Provide excellent guest relations by addressing requests promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, cafes, or bars is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Experience in fine dining or nightlife environments like nightclubs enhances your ability to thrive in energetic settings Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing bills and handling cash accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your culinary and beverage knowledge, and excited to create memorable experiences for every guest.
