Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service areas, and dining spaces Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements effectively Demonstrate knowledge of food safety regulations and proper alcohol service procedures Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong culinary knowledge including cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, and beverage service Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional customer service Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs is a plus Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling techniques Outstanding guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as a Server where your passion for hospitality meets an energetic environment that celebrates teamwork!
