Job Description

Server Job Description Location:
2901 Village Drive, Rockwall, TX, 75087 We are seeking a friendly and efficient server to join our team at our location in Rockwall, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take their orders Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain a clean and organized dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Requirements:
Prior experience as a server is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions Current Food Handler's and TABC Certification
