As a Part-Time Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with food handling, kitchen support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining of two years or more required. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and cashiering Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude to foster guest loyalty Must be able to work weekends and holidays Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
