Kona Ice Austin is looking for Drivers and Servers! Starting wage is $16.00/hour plus guaranteed tips and bonuses ! We are looking for motivated and charismatic servers/drivers to join our local Kona Krew. We're looking to fill both part-time and full-time positions. Drivers must be at least 19 years old with a clean driving record. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a quick growing company where one day will never be like the last! We participate in a wide variety of local activities such as: school events, sports games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, wedding's, birthday's, and other unique events. Ideal candidates Must love working with kids Must be at least 19 years of age with a clean driving record. Have a server mentality. Reliable transportation Working on your feet for a full shift Reliable and hard-working Comfortable working alone We are looking for individuals Who have a positive attitude a warm personality Work in a quick pace and be efficient Are quick learners and can perform quick simple math calculations Work well under minimal supervision Team oriented Adaptable and dependable Can communicate effectively with people of all ages Able to lift 25 pounds Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays and evenings Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Greeting and serving customers with consistency, positivity and enthusiasm Be comfortable driving a Kona Ice truck to and from events Taking orders with speed and accuracy Closely following sanitation and food safety preparations, perform basic cleaning of unit/warehouse Accept payments and operate Square Point of sale Complete beginning and end of shift prepping and stocking
