Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to process transactions accurately, and experience in food service settings. The Server will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately, utilizing POS systems efficiently Process cash transactions with basic math skills to ensure correct billing and change distribution Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Respond to guest inquiries and special requests professionally and courteously Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables and stations Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies Requirements Previous food service experience is preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for processing transactions Experience using POS systems is advantageous Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes as needed Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service Join our team as a Server if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where guest satisfaction is the top priority.
