In a high-end resort setting, dining is not just a meal-it is a centerpiece of the guest's vacation experience. This unique dual-role requires a versatile hospitality professional who can seamlessly transition from the bright, meticulous pace of a luxury breakfast/brunch service to the sophisticated, measured ambiance of a fine dining lunch or dinner service. Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, personalized greeting to guests, recognizing returning patrons, club members, and VIPs by name. Guide guests through the menus with expert storytelling, detailing preparation methods, flavor profiles, sourcing of local ingredients, and chef inspirations.
For Breakfast:
Deliver crisp, efficient, yet relaxed service, anticipating needs like coffee top-offs, fresh juices, and pace preferences for guests heading out to excursions or golf.
For Lunch/Dinner:
Execute formal synchronized service, complex table settings, and multi-course pacing with effortless grace. Maintain a pristine table appearance throughout the meal via silent, unobtrusive crumbing, clearing, and glass replenishment. Accurately input orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, with meticulous attention to allergies, dietary restrictions, and special guest preferences. Collaborate seamlessly with the Culinary team (Back of House) to ensure perfect timing and presentation of dishes. Perform essential side-work, including polishing crystal glassware and silver, setting up pristine stations, and ensuring the dining room always reflects a 5-star aesthetic.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a luxury hotel, high-end resort, or fine dining establishment. A proven track record in a high-touch hospitality environment is required.
Culinary & Beverage Knowledge:
Strong foundational knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine varietals, spirit profiles, and culinary terminology.
Communication:
Refined verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage elegantly with sophisticated clientele.

Adaptability:
The agility to shift service styles smoothly between a brisk morning breakfast service and an intimate, upscale dinner service.
Certifications:
Valid food handler???s card and alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) required upon hire. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) while maintaining impeccable posture. Ability to safely lift and carry heavy service trays (up to 30 lbs) above the shoulder. Flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
