Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Demonstrated sales skills with an emphasis on upselling menu items to maximize revenue Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets endless opportunities for growth!
