Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks when needed to support team operations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support sanitation efforts by following proper food safety procedures and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and reservations management Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with food preparation, kitchen operations, or culinary background is a plus Effective communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Previous host/hostess or serving experience in a hospitality setting is highly desirable Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable moments!
