Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Support other team members by bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Requirements Proven experience as a Server in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST, or Seven Rooms for order processing and reservations Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/host or food industry positions is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
