ABOUT US

Hula poke is the first poke restaurant in San Antonio. We serve poke bowls and sushi burritos which are Hawaiian-inspired raw fish salad that are served in a customizable bowl of rice, salad or in a burrito form. Kind of subway-style but with sushi!

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Back of house: cutting up protein such as chicken, fish like salmon and Tuna, and vegetables and prepared toppings. Maintaining a clean working environment in kitchen.
