You'll showcase your culinary knowledge, hospitality skills, and sales expertise to create memorable dining moments. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally Skills Proficiency with POS systems, order entry and payment processing Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated ability in sales techniques including upselling and guest engagement strategies Background in food service environments preferred Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Familiarity with food industry terminology, serving etiquette, and restaurant operations Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
