Job Description
Full-Time/ Part-Time Server We are looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests professionally and provide attentive, friendly service. Wear proper professional black attire and maintain a clean, polished appearance. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and other team members. Handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent service during busy hours. Ensure orders are entered correctly and delivered accurately. If mistakes happen, find the best solution quickly, learn from the mistake, and prevent it from happening again instead of spending time making excuses. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms. Support team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Be proactive and understand what needs to be done without always waiting for instructions. When there are no immediate tasks, focus on cleaning, organizing, and helping the team. Work together with the team to improve efficiency and help everyone finish work on time. Qualifications Previous server or restaurant experience preferred. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to learn from feedback. Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire team.
