Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with precision Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address inquiries or concerns, and promote specials or upcoming events Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices required; food handling experience preferred Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation and presentation Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
