At Milwaukeejoe's Artisan Ice cream in Southlake, we serve up happiness daily! We are looking for a highly responsible, reliable, and energetic individual to anchor our weekday lunch and afternoon shifts. This is a perfect position for parents with kids in school, college students with morning/evening classes, or anyone looking for a consistent, stable daytime schedule with a great local brand.

) What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Deliver Sweet Experiences:

Greet afternoon customers warmly, sample flavors, hand-scoop artisan ice cream, and craft beautiful sundaes and milkshakes.

Maintain Shop Cleanliness:

Take pride in keeping the entire store sparkling. This includes washing dishes (tubs, scoops, and containers), wiping down counters, sweeping, and mopping.

Restroom Care:

Check and clean customer and staff restrooms daily to ensure a high standard of hygiene.

Point of Sale:

Enthusiastically take orders and process cash/credit card transactions efficiently on our register.

Shift Prep & Closing:

Help restock toppings, paper goods, and ice cream tubs, and complete essential daily cleaning checklists to prep for the evening shift.

What We're Looking For:

A deeply responsible person who takes pride in punctuality and managing the shop smoothly during the day. Absolute reliability for the weekday 12 PM

• 5 PM shift structure.

A welcoming, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently during slower afternoon windows and efficiently when the after-school rush hits. Must be authorized to work in the US and have reliable transportation to Southlake.
