Server Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately taking and delivering orders, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly Process guest payments accurately and efficiently Restock dining room supplies, condiments, and service items as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred, but training can be provided Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to [30-50] lbs Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
