Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our fast casual dining establishment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality. Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices is essential. Ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation processes. Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
