Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally Present menus and provide food and beverage recommendations Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system Deliver food and beverages with attention to timing and presentation Anticipate guest needs and ensure overall satisfaction Process payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Schedule Flexible availability with nights, weekends, and holidays required
