Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials to enhance their dining experience Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Handle food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing to ensure timely delivery Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing with accuracy Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service Assist in food running duties by delivering orders from the kitchen to tables swiftly and professionally Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to hygiene protocols Support banquet service events when required, providing attentive guest services in larger group settings Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to coordinate order timing and special requests Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; familiarity with serving and food handling essential Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with food preparation, plating, or culinary tasks is a plus Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Understanding of food safety practices and proper hygiene standards Banquet experience or hotel hospitality background is advantageous but not required Willingness to learn new skills related to food running, bussing, and customer service roles Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
