Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member and become the heart of our vibrant dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols Support other team members by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food preparation or host/hostess duties as needed Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations effectively Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Experience with OpenTable reservations system or upselling techniques is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
