Mi Rancho Spring is hiring an energetic, friendly, and dependable full-time bilingual Waiter/Server. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide attentive service, accurately take and deliver orders, and create a welcoming dining experience for every guest. This position requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to stay positive and organized in a fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service in English and Spanish Explain menu items, daily specials, beverages, and available options Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system Communicate special requests and dietary needs to the kitchen Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Check on guests throughout their meals and respond to requests Recommend appetizers, entrées, desserts, and beverages Process cash and card payments accurately through Toast Prepare, clean, and reset tables Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary service areas Follow food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers Address guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when necessary Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties Qualifications and Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish is required Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required Previous restaurant or food-service experience is preferred Experience using Toast POS is preferred; training can be provided Excellent customer-service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Basic math and payment-handling skills Food-handler and alcohol-service certifications as required Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to safely carry trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies Position Details Full-time, in-person position
